What Can I Do?

Now is the time to make a difference in the life of a girl by investing in her development and future. Your financial support at any level will give young girls an opportunity to have exposure to programs and experiences that help prepare them from adolescence into adulthood through programs that are both intentional and meaningful.  You can help support Girls Inc. in a number of ways!

Tutor

We are always in need of volunteers to help with homework assistance, individually or in groups. This is a great volunteer opportunity for college students, retired teachers, or anyone who's committed to the importance of education.  Don't feel discouraged if a certain subject is not your forte; you'll be placed with a group and a subject you are comfortable with.

Mentor
Mentors come from all walks of life, all economic and educational backgrounds, and all ages.  Each mentoring relationship is unique and shaped by the different personalities and interests of the mentor and the Girls Inc. member.  Mentoring is a great way to positively impact the life of a young girl in your community!
